Moving to Philly was one of the best things I think I have ever done. I came here to work for the festival after seeing the website and was immediately thrown into the action on my first day. The atmosphere in both the administrative and box offices varies between hopping and chaotic to laid back and playful, depending upon the time of day. It's a great experience and it's great to witness so that you can appreciate how the festival all comes together. I recommend getting involved in some capacity, whether as a volunteer or a sponsor to become part of this family.
